Visiting the top tourist destinations of Cusco is always a great adventure. Imagine an ATV tour through the beautiful Andean postcard-like landscape that will leave you speechless. You will be able to do this and more during this tour while riding a 4-wheel metal beast: an ATV (quad bike).

Admire the huge rural meadows that characterise the great Sacred Valley and get to know the Salt Mines of Maras. They have been exploited since the Inca age and their origin still remains a mystery today. With our tour, you will get there without being surrounded by large tourist groups that either visit before or afterwards. Next, you will head to the archeological site of Moray, known as a laboratory of agricultural research that allowed the Incas to test and plant different crops at various elevation levels.

You will spend around 40 minutes at both sites. Let the mysterious Sacred Valley amaze you while being on a quad bike! If you want to add some more adventure to the tour you can combine this quad bike tour and zipline on the same day.

Itinerary

Itinerary from the Sacred Valley (Hotel)

Morning Quad Bike Tour:

7:50 am: Pickup from your Hotel.
8:30 am: Arrival at Maras salt mines (S/ 10 entrance fee) by van (not ATV) to visit the site without large tourist groups around. We’ll only go to the viewpoint, it’s forbidden to enter the salt mines.
9:30 am: Heading to the ATV base
9:50 am: ATV instruction, security briefing and start of the ATV tour.
10:45 am: Arrival to Moray (S/ 70 entrance fee) and approx. 20 minutes time on the site
11:15 am: Returning to the ATV base
12:00 pm: Arrival at ATV base and return to your hotel in the Sacred Valley
12:30 pm: Arrival in your Hotel.

Afternoon Quad Bike Tour:

1:50 pm: Pickup from from your Hotel.
2:30 pm: Arrival at the base with ATV instruction, security briefing and start of the tour.
3:15 pm: Arrival at Moray (S/ 70 entrance fee) and approx. 30 minutes time on the site
3:45 pm: Heading to Maras salt mines
4:15 pm: Arrival at Maras salt mines (S/ 10 entrance fee) by ATV to visit the site without large tourist groups around (they usually arrive at 11:00 am). We’ll only go to the viewpoint, it’s forbidden to enter the salt mines.
5:15 pm: Returning to the ATV base
5:40 pm: Arrival at the ATV base and return to Cusco.
6:40 pm: Arrival in your Hotel

For this service we visit the fantasctic and misterious Huaypo Lake and the famous Maras Salt Mines. In this tour you need pay only for the Maras Salt Mines 10.00 soles.

Our exclusive and nature experience on ATV. In this tour you pay only 10.00 soles for use the way. We will visit two misterious Lakes.

Due to high demand during the high season, please book your tour at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee a spot.
Minimum age is 18 years. In case it is for persons underage, the ATV has to be shared and driven by an adult (example: father + son).
